The International Women Achievers Foundation intends to provide a facility to train and teach our most vulnerable about Power and Inequality; and Human Rights and Social Justice through workshops, seminars and training programs. We will encourage their creative and innovative ideas that can lead to sustainable social and economic advancement so that they can break the cycle of dependency and poverty. Gender equality is a fundamental precondition for achieving poverty reduction. In recognition of this, IWAA has incorporated the development and implementation of gender equality strategies, sector specific strategies and gender equality training into every aspect of its work. IWAA’s gender mainstreaming approach initiative strengthens both individual and organizational capacities to ensure that men and women have equitable access to, and control over, the benefits and resources available.
